BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION I PERMIT MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL CAMP ARARAT ACTIVITIES UNDER ADULTS SUPERVISION AND UNDERSTAND ANY RISKS RELATED TO ZOOM PLATFORMS. I ALSO AGREE TO ALLOW CAMP ARARAT TO POST PHOTOS OF CAMP ACTIVITIES FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. ALL CAMPERS AND STAFF ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THE ESTABLISHED CODE OF CONDUCT AND BEHAVE IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER AT ALL TIMES. LIVE SESSIONS WILL BE MONITORED BY CAMP ARARAT SENIOR STAFF WHO HAVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK OR REJECT INDIVIDUALS AS NEEDED.
